Returns Policy and Warranty
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and with our service, so if the size of the product does not fit your measurements, you can write to our email: email@example.com or our Whatsapp: +57 315 671 37 99. You must inform us within a maximum period of 5 days after receiving the order. Wacky will assume the cost of the return and you will have a credit balance to exchange it for another product or you can write us your bank details to return the money. The product must meet the following requirements:
- The garments must be new, they must not have been worn or washed.
- The garments must be in perfect condition.
- They must keep the label. For this reason, you should measure your clothes before removing it.
Wacky will recognize the repair or exchange of a garment that has a quality problem, as long as it has been put to good use, and the claim has been made within a maximum period of 40 days after the order has been delivered.
On the other hand, the garment will be evaluated and the client will have an answer to know if it has a guarantee or not.
The garment will not have a guarantee if it has been damaged for any of these reasons:
- You have not followed the washing and care instructions for the garment.
- You have used deodorants with chemicals that discolor fabrics.
- You have used chemicals or bleach in the wash.
- It has faded by direct drying in the sun.
- The garment was altered or modified by the client and therefore its last was damaged.
- The print was ironed.
- Normal wear of the garment.
